The name of the brand refers to the dark skin of Capa Negra Iberico pig, an animal distinguished by its slender legs and black trotters. The tone of its skin, its black cape, is an unmistakable symbol of the Iberico breed; Similarly unmistakable is the flavour of its products, as a result of the tradition and climate of Jabugo.

Available whole and in slices. All of the Capa Negra sausages are manufactured in accordance with our tradition and are cured in the natural drying rooms of Consorcio de Jabugo.
New hand-cut formats, only available as acorn-fed: Ham, Shoulder, Pork Cured Loin, Morcón, Pork Loin Chorizo, natural-cased Chorizo and Salchichón.
